Are you still doing hours of aerobic exercises or weight training every week to maintain your weight? Are you frustrated at your inability to burn fat? Now there is a much better way!  Have you heard about the new best type of exercise to lose belly fat and weight? You only need to exercise for seven minutes a day, three days a week– and you will get into the best shape of your life! Really!

Most people are doing the wrong kind of exercise for weight loss, or they are doing it the hard way! You shouldn’t need to work an hour or more on cardio equipment, like elliptical machines or stationary bicycles, or even walking miles every day to lose weight and stay fit. You also shouldn’t have to spend hours a day in the gym doing resistance training or weight lifting. Even most weight lifters have been working too hard on their training, and reaping less benefits.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time in my hectic schedule for hours of workout time! And I find it really hard to get motivated to do that much work as well! Fortunately, I found out that I don’t need to train that hard anymore– and you don’t either!

Aerobics is a low-intensity, long-duration exercise. You do get some small benefits from low intensity aerobics, but the Harvard study clearly shows that this kind of exercise doesn’t cut your risk of heart disease and death. When you exercise for long periods at a low to medium intensity, you are actually training your heart and lungs to get smaller!

Aerobics and dieting also aren’t very helpful for losing weight and fat. When you cut calories and train for long periods of time, your body goes into a survival mode to help keep it from crashing. Your body is starving for energy, and it’s trying to save you by holding on to the stored fat and adapting your metabolism to the new situation. Unfortunately this means you have little energy, cravings for energy foods like sugar and fat, and little or no real permanent weight loss.

So, what can you do to get the body to build muscle and burn fat?

The key to kicking your metabolism into gear for serious and permanent weight loss is doing very short but very intense exercise workout routines.  A recent Harvard study has also shown that those who do short-duration, high-intensity workouts, reduce their risk of heart disease by 100 percent more than those who practice aerobic exercise.

High-intensity exercise can benefit anyone, no matter what their condition or age is. It is also the best for conditioning for athletes. In almost any sport there are short bursts of intense exercise, which is usually followed by a moderate level of activity, so athletes do better with short term high intensity training as well.

The benefits of incorporating short duration high intensity exercise workouts into your life are numerous, including losing fat, gaining muscle, improving your strength and agility, firming up your skin, toning up your body shape, having more energy, getting healthier, slowing down aging and improving your chances for living longer, activating your immune system, and increasing your stamina.

Remember also to add a few stretching exercises to your exercise routine. These help help improve circulation and help make your joints more flexible and elastic. Stretching also helps prepare the body for daily activity.

A good short duration high intensity exercise program should take you no longer than 7 minutes a day– three days a week!  For more detailed information on how high intensity exercise works, to get step by step instructions, and to find a fitness program customized for you, no matter how in shape or out of shape you are, go now to http://7min.enzyme-health.com

When choosing food for emergency food storage, it is important to be sure that the food you pick will be something that will be healthy. In an emergency people are under stress, and that opens the door to disease. The healthier you are, the better you will be able to manage stress as well as disease.

Unfortunately, the majority of the foods made for storage are unhealthy for any long term survival. Often they are filled with chemicals, MSG, rancid fats and trans-fats, and GMO’s, and are stored in plastic containers leaching dangerous BPA’s.

For healthy storable bulk foods, I really like the Storable Organic line from the Health Ranger. It’s a store full of some seriously healthy superfoods that will work great for any emergency or even the stress we live under day to day right now.

The Health Ranger and friends created StorableOrganics.com to provide what the preparedness industry has simply failed to offer: Long-term storable superfoods, organic foods and chemical-free foods for people who want to be safe and prepared without eating a bunch of chemicals.

Their aim is to provide extremely high quality storable superfoods (and healthy ingredients) at a very competitive price. In fact, our prices are so good that you may want to buy these just for the bulk pricing, with the long-term storable format just an extra bonus.

For more information visit the store here and click on the Storable Organics link on the left menu.

Is Haggle.com a Scam?

Haggle.com is a penny auction website, like quibids.com and many others. The principal behind most of these penny auction (also called bidding fee auction) sites is that after you sign up as a member, you have to pay a fee to purchase bids so you can start bidding in auctions. You then spend the bids to place  small incremental bids. When time expires, the last participant to have placed a bid wins the item and also pays the final bid price, which is purportedly significantly lower than the retail price of the item. The auctioneer makes money in two ways: the fees for each bid and the payment for the winning bid.

On Haggle bids are sold in packs of 20 to 500 bids, and the more bids you purchase, the cheaper they are. The starting price of each bid is $75. Haggle uses a reverse-style auction in which the last bidder that places the highest bid before the timer runs out wins. Some of the more popular items that are auctioned off are gift cards, video games, notebooks, Apple products and other electronics.

From my research it seems that Haggle.com is as legit as any of the other major penny auction sites, but their auctions are very hard to win. Most beginners are not able to compete with the “pros” who dominate it. There are many customer complaints about Haggle on the internet from people who feel they have been ripped off, spending hundreds of dollars on bids and never being able to win anything, which is why many people feel Haggle is a scam. If you are interested in participating, be sure you spend a lot of time learning exactly how the system works, so you have a better chance of succeeding. That goes for any of the other penny auctions sites as well, since some of them are definitely scams and rip-offs.

Some penny auction sites, such as Swoopo.com, OohILove.com, BidCactus.com, Quibids.com, Beezid.com, and BigDeal.com are currently in a lawsuit for violating US gambling laws. A 5 million dollar class action lawsuit has recently been launched against Quibids.com by a disgruntled penny auction player.

Personally, I really prefer the free auction website Listia.com. I have won many many free items and have offered many as well. The idea behind Lista.com is that you trade an item for points. Then you use these points to get other items. They also give you some free points to get you started.

Some Listia “sellers” ask for shipping money, but they usually do not do well in the auctions, and get much less points. I always offer whatever I have for free shipping and I have done extremely well, often getting at least 1000 points, depending on what I am offering. (It pays to do research and see what items get you the most points for the postage you pay.) Click here if you want to check out Listia.com now.

People keep asking if Sensa really works for weight loss or if it’s a Scam. Here is what I found…

Sensa claims that if you sprinkle their salt (“Tastant” Crystals) on your food, you don’t need to change your diet or exercise and you will end up eating less and lose weight. It sounds like a great idea, but in practice there seems to be problems with it.

Although some people seem to like Sensa and seem to lose a little weight to begin with, others who used it found Sensa gave them stomach discomfort and nausea. Some even found that Sensa caused or enhanced food allergies. Even worse, some people gained weight using Sensa, because it affected them like MSG, and they ended up eating more than they usually would.

Another warning flag is that there seem to be discrepancies with Dr. Hirsch’s claims about studies on Sensa and weight loss. In fact, none of the internal “studies” are confirmed by any respectable body.

If you still feel you really want to try Sensa, get it from Costco or Amazon, and not from an infomercial on TV. There is no doubt that the phone order system is a rip-off. There are many unhappy Sensa customers all over the internet who complain that they get billed expensive and unasked for monthly bills on their cards, usually getting charged $89 at least twice. The Sensa customer service is reputed to be awful and it’s a pain to get them to stop billing you, and even harder to get a refund.

I believe there is no magic pill or supplement that will drop pounds off of you while you continue to eat an unhealthy diet filled with sugar and trans-fats. There are better ways to lose weight and control food cravings than looking for a magic pill. Often food cravings are a way that your body is telling you that you are not getting the nutrition you need, which is very common in our modern society with our vitamin depleted foods. Try eating healthier and supplementing your diet with superfoods that contain a high amount of whole food vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. My favorite superfood is a liquid called Masaji from Be Young.

For weight loss, there is a simple but powerful exercise plan that can really help you get into great shape in only 7 minutes a day, 3 times a week. I do it myself and I love it! For more information on this go to http://7min.enzyme-health.com
